Who we are
Pass with Taj is a driving school run by Taj as a sole trader, based in Luton, LU3. Taj is the “controller” of your personal information. You can contact him on 07886 531937 or info@tajdrivingschool.co.uk.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and pick-up postcode.
- Booking and lesson information: lesson times, the type of lessons you want, your driving experience, test dates and notes about your progress.
- Licence details when you start lessons, so we can check you’re allowed to drive and book tests on your behalf if you ask us to.
- Messages you send us by phone, text, WhatsApp, email or through this website.
- Website usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see the cookie policy).
Why we use it, and our lawful basis

Who we share it with
We never sell your information. We only share it with services that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and payment provider, and with the DVSA when booking a test for you at your request. Google Analytics is used only if you consent. These providers only use your information on our instructions.
How long we keep it
- Website enquiries that don’t lead to lessons: deleted automatically after 12 months.
- Pupil and lesson records: kept while you’re learning and for up to 2 years afterwards.
- Financial records: kept for as long as the law requires, usually 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To make a request, contact Taj using the details above. We’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
