How do I book?

How much are driving lessons?
Lessons are £38 an hour, and a 10-hour block is £350. See all prices.
Do I pay upfront?
Yes, lessons are paid in advance. It keeps the diary running smoothly and prices affordable for everyone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a regular lesson. Intensive courses need 10 working days’ notice. Genuine emergencies are always considered.
Lessons
Do you teach in manual and automatic cars?
Yes. Taj teaches in both a manual and an automatic car.
What do I need for my first lesson?
Your UK provisional driving licence, comfortable flat shoes, and glasses or contact lenses if you need them to drive.
How long are lessons?
Lessons are 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Longer lessons are great for covering more ground and practising test routes.
Which areas do you cover?
Luton and the surrounding area, including routes around the Luton, St Albans, Stevenage, Letchworth and Leighton Buzzard test centres.
How many lessons will I need?
Everyone is different. After your first lesson Taj will give you an honest idea, and you’ll get regular updates on your progress.
Tests
Can you help with my theory test?
Yes. Taj can point you to the right revision resources and help you prepare for both the multiple-choice and hazard perception parts.
When should I book my practical test?
Taj agrees a test date with you once you’re driving consistently at test standard, usually after a mock test.
Can I use your car for my test?
Yes. Test-day car hire includes a warm-up lesson beforehand. It costs £120.
